Dtac esim

Slight hiccup when I try to activate the esim at Thailand airport. After connecting to their wi-fi, scanning of the QR code just don't work. Tried several times and it finally get connected.
The customer service was very prompt to respond when I reached out to them with the above issue. Bravo to that.
Connection is very good except at some rural areas like Ayutthaya.
Will purchase again next time.
